How to delete your account from the app

You can delete your TribuMap account and all associated data directly from the app. The process is immediate and irreversible.

From the map, tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.

On your Profile page, tap the info ⓘ icon in the top-right corner.

TribuMap settings screen — tap Delete Account at the bottom
Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account". Confirm to permanently remove your data.

What data is deleted?

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently and immediately deleted from our servers:

What data is retained?

Certain contributions may be retained in an anonymized form to preserve the quality of the community database:

🛈 Anonymized contributions cannot be traced back to you after account deletion. No personal identifier is retained.

Can't access the app?

If you are unable to delete your account from the app (e.g. lost access to your device), you can request deletion by email. We will process your request within 30 days.
